    2. Exam Pattern & Marks Pattern (ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଓ ମାର୍କ ପ୍ୟାଟର୍ଣ୍ଣ)

    • Total Time (ମୋଟ ସମୟ): 2 Hours (ସକାଳ 11:30 AM ରୁ ଦିପହର 01:30 PM)। Divyang (ଭିନ୍ନକ୍ଷମ) ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ 40 minutes ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସମୟ ଦିଆଯିବ।
    • Types of Questions (ପ୍ରଶ୍ନର ପ୍ରକାର): କେବଳ Objective Type / Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) ବା ବହୁବିକଳ୍ପ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ପଡ଼ିବ।
    • Method of Recording Answers (ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବା ପ୍ରଣାଳୀ): ଓଏମଆର (OMR) Sheet ରେ କେବଳ Blue କିମ୍ବା Black Ball Point Pen ବ୍ୟବହାର କରି ସଠିକ୍ ବିକଳ୍ପକୁ ଗୋଲ (Darken) କରିବାକୁ ହେବ। Pencil ର ବ୍ୟବହାର ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ନିଷେଧ।
    • Marking Scheme (ମାର୍କିଂ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା): ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ସଠିକ୍ ଉତ୍ତର ପାଇଁ 1.25 Marks ମିଳିବ। ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ କୌଣସି Negative Marking (ଭୁଲ ଉତ୍ତର ପାଇଁ ନମ୍ବର କାଟିବା) ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନାହିଁ।
    • Qualifying Marks (ପାସ୍ ମାର୍କ): ପରୀକ୍ଷାରେ ପାସ୍ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ Section ରେ ଅଲଗା ଭାବେ ନିମ୍ନତମ ଯୋଗ୍ୟତା ମାର୍କ (Minimum Qualifying Marks) ରଖିବା ଜରୁରୀ, ଯେପରିକି— Mental Ability & EVS ରେ 14 marks, Arithmetic ରେ 07 marks ଏବଂ Language ରେ 07 marks।

    Section 1: Mental Ability Test (MAT) & Environmental Studies (EVS)

    ଏହି ସେକସନରେ ଦୁଇଟି ଭାଗ ରହିଛି:

    A. Mental Ability Test (MAT) - 20 Questions (25 Marks)

    ଏହା ଏକ Non-Verbal Test ଅଟେ, ଯେଉଁଥିରେ କେବଳ ଚିତ୍ର (Figures & Diagrams) ଉପରେ ଆଧାରିତ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ପଡ଼ିବ। ଏଥିରେ ମୋଟ 5 ଟି Parts ରହିବ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ Part ରୁ 4 ଟି ଲେଖାଏଁ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଆସିବ:

    • Part-I (Pattern Completion): ଅଧା ଥିବା ଚିତ୍ର କିମ୍ବା Alphabetical/Number patterns କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା।
    • Part-II (Figure Series Completion): ଚିତ୍ରର କ୍ରମ ବା ସିରିଜ୍କୁ ବୁଝି ଶେଷ ଖାଲି ସ୍ଥାନ ପୂରଣ କରିବା।
    • Part-III (Geometrical Figure Completion): ଜ୍ୟାମିତିକ ଚିତ୍ର ଯେପରିକି Triangle, Square କିମ୍ବା Circle କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା।
    • Part-IV (Mirror & Water Imaging): ଦର୍ପଣ (Mirror) ରେ ଦେଖାଯାଉଥିବା ପ୍ରତିବିମ୍ବକୁ ସଠିକ୍ ଭାବେ ବାଛିବା।

    ଏଥିରେ 15 ଟି ସାଧାରଣ MCQs ଏବଂ 1 ଟି Passage (ଅନୁଚ୍ଛେଦ) ଥିବ ଯାହା ତଳେ 5 ଟି ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ପଚରାଯିବ। ସିଲାବସ ମୁଖ୍ୟତଃ ଚାରିଟି ଭାଗରେ ବିଭକ୍ତ:

    • The Natural world: Transportation, Rivers, Mountains, Plants and animals (on land and water), natural disasters, types of houses/shelters, water cycle ଇତ୍ୟାଦି।
    • The Human body: Food and nutrients, hygiene and cleanliness, super senses, basic knowledge of internal systems (Digestive, Circulatory, Respiratory)।
    • Science in daily life: Food preservation, Water and air pollution, Conservation of water and soil।
    • Social Surroundings: Superlatives of India, States/Capitals, national symbols, different landscapes, Festivals, seasons, Forests, crops, clothes and fibres।

    Section 2: Arithmetic Test (ଗଣିତ) - 20 Questions (25 Marks)

    ଏହି ଟେଷ୍ଟରେ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ମୌଳିକ ଗାଣିତିକ ଦକ୍ଷତା ମପାଯିବ। ଏଥିରେ ନିମ୍ନଲିଖିତ 12 ଟି ମୁଖ୍ୟ Topics ରୁ ପ୍ରଶ୍ନ ଆସିବ:

    1. Number & Numeric System: Ascending, descending order, nearest numbers, 10/100/1000 number names ଏବଂ place value।
    2. Four Fundamental Operations on Whole Number: ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସଂଖ୍ୟାର ଯୋଗ, ବିୟୋଗ, ଗୁଣନ ଓ ହରଣ।
    3. Factors & Multiples: ଗୁଣନୀୟକ ଓ ଗୁଣିତକ ଏବଂ ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଧର୍ମ (Properties)।
    4. Fractions & Fundamental Operations: Addition ଓ Subtraction of like fractions ଏବଂ Multiplication (Unlike fraction ଏବଂ Division ଏଥିରେ ସାମିଲ ନାହିଁ)।
    5. Measurement: Length, mass, capacity, time, money ଏବଂ ସେଗୁଡ଼ିକର unit conversion (ଏକକ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ)।
