Who can Participate?

Boy Students of Age 19 or below i.e. born on or after 1st Jan 2005 can participate.19 ବର୍ଷ ଓ କମ ବୟସର ଛାତ୍ର ଏଥିରେ ଭାଗନେବେ |

Girls of Age 23 or below i.e. born on or after 1st Jan 2002 can also participate. 23 ବର୍ଷ ଓ କମ ବୟସର ବାଳିକା ଖେଳାଳି ମଧ୍ୟ ଏଥିରେ ଭାଗନେବେ |

New Players of the above mentioned age can participate in the Talent Hunt through registration.

The entry fee for the Talent Hunt is ₹300/-, which is refundable after participation in the Live Audition. The process of payment will be communicated to you by our Coordinators.

Non-Refundable Circumstances: The entry fee is also non-refundable if a player is rejected due to non-submission of required original documents or submission of false information.

Talent Hunt / Live Cricket Audition Process

Players select preferred dates and time slots for live auditions during registration. ଫର୍ମ ପୂରଣ ସମୟରେ ଖେଳାଳି ଲାଇଭ ଅଡିସନ ପାଇଁ ତାରିଖ ଓ ସମୟ ଚୟନ କରିବେ |

Post-registration, profiles are reviewed, and selected candidates are invited via email or WhatsApp message to live auditions at AMOGHA Box Cricket Stadium, Chhatia. ରେଜିଷ୍ଟ୍ରେସନ ପରେ ଚୟନ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ଆଶାୟୀ ଖେଳାଳି ମାନଙ୍କୁ ଇମେଲ କିମ୍ବା WhatsApp ମେସେଜ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଯୋଗାଯୋଗ କରାଯିବ |

Batters step up to the crease to face a challenging set of 18 balls from diverse bowlers. Bowlers bowl 18 balls to different batters, and their performance is meticulously assessed.

Participation in the Talent Hunt doesn’t guarantee the selection in a Team. Selection of players will be done by a bidding process by the mentors only.

Players’ Eligibility Criteria for Registration in Talent Hunt

Age Bracket: Boy Students of Age 19 or below i.e. born on or after 1st Jan 2005 can participate. Girls of Age 23 or below i.e. born on or after 1st Jan 2002 can also participate.

Exclusivity: The tournament is exclusively for students; individuals not enrolled in a school or college are not eligible to participate.

Vicky Supreme Cricket Tennis Ball or of similar quality will be used for this Tournament.

Bowling Action Guidelines:

Video Requirements: Participants may be asked to submit a video that demonstrates their bowling action over the course of approximately 3 deliveries. ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ହେଲେ ଖେଳାଳିଙ୍କୁ ବୋଲିଂ ଆକ୍ସନର ଭିଡିଓ ପଠାଇବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିପାରେ |

Bowling Action Compliance: It is imperative that all participants adhere to the International Cricket Council (ICC) standards for a legal bowling action. Bowling with a bent arm or 'chucking' will NOT be permitted in the tournament under any circumstances.

Registration Advisory: If a participant is unable to maintain a proper round-arm action as stipulated by the ICC, it is recommended that they refrain from registering as a bowler. However, such participants are welcome to register as batters only.

Documentation Submission: All participants must present Original identification documents for verification purposes. These documents are to be presented at Chhatia on the Live Audition day prior to the commencement of the Live Audition.

Verification Compliance: Participants have to assist the organising committee in confirming the validity of their age and educational enrollment status as required.

Live Audition Participant Amenities and Safety Information:

Refreshments and Meals: Organisers will provide drinking water, ORS powders, and vegetarian mini meals for participants only. The accompanying family members / guardians during the live auditions can purchase the pre-booked snacks from the cafeteria at an affordable price. Please note, maximum one male family member and/or one female family member guardian(s) is/are allowed to accompany the participant.

Venue Standards: The AMOGHA Box Cricket Stadium, Chhatia boasts high-quality facilities, with comprehensive safety measures in place for all attendees.

Medical Preparedness: A first aid kit will be accessible for addressing minor injuries sustained during the event.

Liability Clause: The Managing Committee disclaims responsibility for injuries or harm incurred outside the stadium premises or due to playing conditions.

Personal Responsibility: Participants and guardians are accountable for their conduct. Courteous interaction with peers, staff, and officials is mandatory. Consumption of pan, gutka, smoking, or any toxic substances is forbidden. Non-compliance may result in expulsion and further action. Personal safety and security of belongings are the individual's responsibility. The Managing Committee is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.
